So I set out to turn my Pathy into an RV...Kinda.

What you need

1 sheet of 3/4 inch plywood

some wood for legs, I used 1x1 and used about 10 feet

some wood for cross support

hinges

screws

Planned and measured ahead of time, Made it so i have 12 inches of storage underneath with about 2 feet of head room. This is designed to be folder back allowing middle row to be used. when not in sleeping position. To put in position simply fold middle row flush and unfold. I have added an additional Battery in the rear with a solar trickle charger and a power inverter to always have electricity. Will also be adding some privacy, and working on turning a spare tent into a hatch tent to extend the living area.

Id love to hear your ideas guys, I know you have them.

Cool! But I would need to put some cinder blocks underneath it to keep my fat ass from falling through!

Youd be surprised, Myself and my girlfriend, (total weight just under 300.) and not once did we feel un sturdy. Have slept it this 12 nights so far and love it. Next is a roof rack, and hopefully an awning. Then comes the lift and tires.

Careful with your wording, my wife would have interpretted this sentence in the worst possible way imaginable... :)

Cool idea.
