2011 Seatbelt Replacement

Hi,
I purchased a used 2011 (which I love) that has some dog damage to belts in the 2nd and 3rd rows. There is not much (if any) information out on the web about how to get the interior panels off to access the belt retractor. I initially though this would be a simple project but it's becoming more of a challenge. The dealer will be expensive for sure. Anyone replaced a belt?
BTW: I love this truck and totally understand your enthusiasm. You have to drive one to appreciate the difference from other mid-size suv's and cross overs.
