Body Lift & Custom Rear Bumper

OK the body lift is on and I think it looks pretty good!
Keeps the body 3" farther off the ground for better clearance.
Can't really notice the frame showing underneath, very muck like a JK.

Rear bumper isn't completed yet, hopefully by the end of this week.

I know a lot of readers who view this don't do much off-roading with their trucks, but for those that see some dirt, here are some additional thoughts...
I noticed the SkidRow skid plates line up perfectly with the front end now.
A rock's eye view:
It improves the approach and departure angles as well.
Driving-wise, there is no difference since the 3" body lift only brings the center of gravity up an 1 1/2".
I have to admit, being up higher is nice too!
Definitely recommend!
Now looking into 35's as the 33's look small now!

Do you have any install info/specs on your LED light bar?

Super Easy!
I dremelled out the front plastic and my 20" LED light bar fit perfectly in there.
I used a 1 1/2" piece of aluminum to attach it to the front plastic piece.
It actually holds pretty tight and I added 2 pieces of rubber on the top to keep it from vibrating, but not really needed.
It's been there for almost a year and hasn't moved!

Just posting some updates to this build.
Got a 35" Duratrac on the spare rim.
That is a big tire!
Also did some clean up around the rear bumper.
Trimmed the plastic wheel wells and got rid of a few brackets.
I'll hopefully have some photos of the NEW rear bumper by next week!
Crossing fingers!!
And maybe a few other "never-before-seen" mods!

Yeah I'm surprised they allowed you to mount that tire on that wheel.
325 65 18 I'm assuming.
Yeah, that tire is fairly wide. Slightly wider than a typical 12.5, but albeit a smidgen shorter too.

Me too
I was expecting to have to buy different rims. So I get to save a little money and reuse them for now. Someday I'll get some cool ones!
I did pickup my "other" package today:

It's an aluminium Poison Spider louvered hood to cover up the dents on my hood caused by falling ice a few years back. I got the aluminum so it'll bend a little easier toward the front of the hood.
All I have to do is paint it, cut some holes in the hood and screw it on.
I'm hoping it turns out ok!

So I finally got the rear bumper made and installed by Smith Offroad (
http://www.smithoffroad.com/) who did a fantastic job start to finish!
Here are a few pics...
It fits pretty close to the body.
Moved the license plate down so it wouldn't be covered by the rear tire.
Here's a more recent pic with the 35" tires on.

If you don't mind me asking how much was the rear bumper? I'm shopping around looking for different options.
