The Nissan Path

Hi there the dog managed to put its foot through the gearstick gaiter on my Nissan Pathfinder 2007 (manual), shattering the plastic frame which secures it to the underside of the console at the same time. There isn't really enough of it left to stick together.

Does anyone know where I can get another one? I'm not even sure what the correct name for it is.
