So in other cars when I turn the car back on the CD players picks up where it left off.
Even in the middle of song.

But the Bose on restart goes to Track 1 of CD 1.
I dont want to hear the same song every time I start the truck!!

Is there a"setting" I can fix this one like "preferences" or something? :?

i have been having the same problem. from what i understand there is a "memory fuse" that saves the settings in between each time you start the engine. i have been told that this fuse may have blown and this is the reason that this keeps happening. my fuel economy and clock reset as well.
until i get around to fixing it, i went into my settings for the screen and turned the clock display off. i got a cheap digital clock to stick to my dashboard so i will have the correct time. this took care of the music problem. my fuel economy is still resetting but at least now when i start her up, my stereo picks up where it left off.

Thanks!

I had it at the dealer they said its an internal fault in Bose radio.. cost to replace $2200...

They didnt charge me for the diagnostic though..

I declined the fix.

I am however not able to get it to remember that I turned the Clock display to "off"
Even that reste is not tken and the clock always comes back at its goofy time.
Same with the mpg..
Also I tried to turn the radio "off" but it also does not rember it was off.
But turns itself on at start to this country music station...

Somehow it did reset though from the "radio on, CD Track 1 on" memory.
somehow...
I will jst have to mange this issue its not worth the money.
I not sure I am convinced putting in a new radio will fix it as I do see how the radio controls the mpg etc displays
