The Nissan Path

The rails on my roof have somehow come loose and started to rattle. I've started being able to hear them rattle when driving down the road. The first time I noticed it was when shutting the door - they'd rattle. How do I tight them to the roof?

plastic cap on both ends for the rails, if its the crossbars just use the right bit and tighten the screws in.
