R51 Pathfinder rear crossmember

The crossmember I'm talking about is the one the tower attaches too.
In brief went to unbolt the 6 bolts holding the rear crossmember to attach a tower to the 6 bolt holes rather than remove the whole bumper,
Decided against this action and replaces 2 out of three of the removed bolts, but one won't thread back in.
Looking online at a parts diagram, it seems to be a flanged M14 ???
Ideally id like to put a tap set into the frame thread and make sure all is good and order a new bolt.
Anyone know the NM torque? Ive don't the others up to 200.
