The Nissan Path

Sliding the power driver's seat forward and back on me 2012 LE is resulting in an intermittent grinding noise. When this happens, the seat has a slight shake and the movement slows down.

It seems to me that something is in need of grease. Thoughts?

Might need to grease the tracks..or, might be the motor. It's hard to say without pulling the seat and inspecting.
