2005 Pathfinder Window Motor Replacement (6 PIN)

Window motor went out in my 2005 Pathfinder. Ordered replacement part for said year model and received a motor with a 2 pin connector. Opened up the door panel and I have a 6 pin connector. After researching...the 2004 Pathfinders have a 6 PIN connector so I ordered one of those. Got that part in and the 6 pin connector is the opposite configuration from what I need. The grooves on the connector are opposite. Has anyone run up against this before and what did you do to correct it?
