Woohooo i love a good rattle ! Not !

The sunroof has started to rattle when fully closed. I have checked all is tight and blasted some muck out using WD40 PTFE spray, which made for a smoother opening and closing but not stopped the rattle.

Any others found a fix? Was going to get a thicker grease for the coils each side and see if that works, but thought id ask first

my biggest issues with the sunroofs has always been making them move smoothly so as to not have too high a Resistance to burn out the sunroof motor ( LOTSA dollars to fix)

So Its a good thing u cleaned/lubed.

The rattle .. well it sounds like a screw might have gotten loose where i cant see it.
