Rear Seat AC/Heater Vents

One of the rear seat AC vents (overhead) on our 2009 Pathfinder Is broken. Are replacements available? If so, can they be replaced by us mortals? Nissan dealer told me it was part of the headliner. Not looking to reupholster the Pathfinder.

The part is listed for my 2005 but not available anywhere. For your 2009 Courtesy Parts doesn't even list the part number:

Based on the drawing it does not appear to be part of the headliner. Maybe try an online junkyard? I've had some luck with those in the past for other vehicles.
