Climate Control - squeaks

Anyone have this issue?
When the automatic climate control is working, the ventilation damper, as it moves from foot/head/defrost, makes a constant chirps as it moves.
The only thing I can think of it is to get a small Android camera down one of the vents to see what's making this noise and or spray silicon down there to see if it nabs the the problem.
It sounds like rubber/foam is rubbing against something continually.
Any ideas to pursue it, or an idea on what it could be?
I've replaced two of the three actuators, and it makes the same noise.
