Slow window motor

2006 PF SE, 116k, Auto, Power,...I noticed the passenger side window was moving slower when closing. It has been gradually getting worse and most recently appears to be getting stuck or slowed greatly at the halfway point.

My question is what is the lubricating procedure or remedy to fix this? Can I squirt some WD40 into the window tracks or slides? Should I pull the door panel off and lubricate in there? Should I use graphite?

Please advise and thank you.

Roll the window down and use spray silicone in the window runs. You can get silicone spray at any auto parts store.

mines slow in the summer, and when cold hardly comes up at all.

in the middle of (texas) winter i can roll the window down no problem. however when i try to roll it up right after starting the car, it sometimes won't even come up at all. sometimes just to the half way point.

i might need to try that silicone trick too....

Yeah, I been using silicone spray on slow moving Nissan windows for over a decade! You want to avoid using oils or grease as it will deteriorate the rubber glass run.
