Have you taken a look at the factory service manual found on this http://www.thenissanpath.com/viewforum.php?f=4 page? I haven't taken apart my dash but I would assume there snaps holding it in. Just start prying around gently with a small screwdriver.

take it in.

Previous poster is correct, its held in with clips, and it will damn well feel like its going to break, but it probably won't. Then again, if you don't have a feel for it, I wouldn't chance it.

take it in.

:)

Are you sure the bulbs are bad? Did you by accident twist the mileage reset button which dims the interior lights? Just a thought.

good thought!
if not that, more likely a connection or fuse
i've never heard of any dash bulb failures (yet)
( i probably shouldn't have said that  )

Sorry. I assumed the bulbs were bad by wanting to take the dash apart. Hope you figure this out. :D
