3m plastic shield removal

I have a 2005 nissan pathfinder se that I just bought from my mom and it came with the clear bra in the front end, my question is now since it is all yellowing and cracked how do I remove it? I already used a heat gun for the lower bumper which came off east but now I am having trouble with the hood portion which is all in small pieces also the car is silver. Thanks
