I run 285/70/17 tires and am wondering if one this size will fit where the spare tire goes? I hate to not have a spare. Anyone have experience with this?

I've been wanting to up my tire size to that, is your pathfinder stock height, and is so do you get any rubbing? Thanks!

I ran the 285-70-17 for about 2 weeks at stock height. you definitely need to do the melt mod or you will get serous rubbing. currently, i'm lifted 2"

i got a 285/75/16 up under with issues at all.
