The Nissan Path

I was offered a set of 18" rims with 35"x12.5" nitto tires (only 4k miles on rubber) for essentially nothing. I was wondering will these fit if i do the rancho 2" lift and a 2" body lift? am I looking at a ton of modifications and trimming? is anyone running anything this size? Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

There would need to be quite a bit of modification and removal of most if not all front plastic shrouding etc, not in the wheel well (well some there too) but more so behind the front bumper. And even after that, when flexing and turning, you still will get some rub.
