a 2003 Nissan pathfinder SE has a tire size of 255x45 16 " aluminum rim

a 2003 Nissan pathfinder LE has a tire size of 245x65 17 " aluminum rim

can these tires and rims be swapped either way from LE and SE models ?

They should fit any R50 Pathfinder.
