ABS Actuator Assembly

So Nissan dealership told me my ABS Actuator Assembly is going, and a new one costs 2000 before installation. Does the 2008 Path LE/V8 share the same ABS AA with another model, maybe the Titan? I'm hoping I can get one cheaper from a parts store in case the dealership is trying to use the rarity of my model against me.

I found these two at dealership by my place. They're usually a little higher than some of the other ones, but maybe we can crowdsource a cheaper price for you

Town North Nissan, Austin TX

47660ZL15B - $1177.81

47660ZL15D - $1210.09

Looks like the correct part, though I could be wrong. Anyone else with any thoughts?

Yes, but that is in Canadian dollars as everything costs more here, except bacon. And syrup. And bear skin rugs.

I REALLY appreciate the help with those links. I may try to have it shipped on my own somehow but the good news is that it isn't needed at this point. The warning light came on, the brakes were acting weird but still working, then the next day and ever since for the past several days it's been fine. Dealership said they don't always go completely and can sometimes take a while to fully fail.

They usually sell for around $150 used. I would source one from a salvage yard before spending that much on a new one. I do hear of a bad one every now and them, but they are usually pretty reliable on the whole. I would try a search on Ebay or Car-part.com.

That's what I'll probably do and find an independent shop to install it. Dealership wants 400 for the job:(

I'd make darn sure the diagnosis is correct.
Is it guaranteed, or a guess on their part?
