Replace 16's with 17s

I have an 05 Pathfinder SE with 265/70/16 wheels.
I need new tires and found a full set (5) of used for a great price.
Tires & rims for less than I can get 4 new tires.
But they are 265/65/R17 from an LE.
Door sticker tells me they will fit, along with 4 other sizes.
Since they are complete with rims I should just be able to bolt them on...in theory.
Any issues I could expect?
