No advice for which caliper is the best bang for the buck.

I did replace my worn out calipers on my 2008 with some AC Delco and it's been working fine. I like AC Delco because half or majority of the parts I've bought from them seem to either be made in the USA or Japan. I've gotten a few offshoots from China too, but chances are higher with the other two if that matters.

No knowledge here either. Unless you count brembo and oem. Not even sure whether those or any others are available.

my experience is that can get one rebuilt at a local shop - these are not too complicated.

I've also grabbed one from CarQuest (Advanced Auto) and the first one received had a different bolt span. Returned and second one fit perfectly.

I would not hesitate to get an OEM one from a recycler. If yours is a 2008 onward...
What's better than a 2022 Frontier caliper with <5k on it?
It's 100% going to fit, and it will last 15 years, and it comes with a warranty from the recycler as well - if yours is a 2008 onward, it should match.

To add on, last time I checked rebuilding calipers is pretty simple as long as there is no damage to the bore for the piston. You can normally buy new pistons, slides, and seals and then replace the parts in just a couple minutes.

I was getting ready to do an order at rock auto for some parts and i pulled up the calipers... There some options there for a 2007 (v6 and v8 may be mixed in here).
