The Nissan Path

I have recently bought and replaced my rear rotars and pads all brand new. now when i slow down they feel like they are warped... i am lost at what it might be since i replaced with all new stuff. Does anyone have an idea of what might cause this to happen?

I also had to losen my e-brake alittle due to them getting too hot and got the burning smell alot right after installation. is this normal?

You coulda warped the new rotors if your e-brake was too tight. Thats all I can think of...
