Cooper Zeon LTZ for V8 Pathy

looking to change my tires. 
thinking of getting the Cooper Zeon LTZ in 285/60 R18 ( smallest size they have)
Right now I have the stock tires/rims with 265/60-18. Can I install the 285/60-18 on the stock tires ? any issues ?
