Nokian Tire Users Out There?

Anyone here use Nokian tires? The ones that came with my truck are
Nokian Vatiiva's.
They seem fine, but thought to see if anyone else has had any experience with these.

I have been using Nokian (Haakapeliita 5) winter tyres for last 3-4 years.
Very good on ice and in deep snow.

Just mounted my stock wheels with the studded LT2's 2 days ago. I loved my Blizzak DMZ2s, it'll be interesting to see how they compare. I'm still in the 500mile break-in period but I'll update once I have some experience to share. As a twin planker, once the white stuff begins to fall I go north looking for trouble.

I have used Nokian tyres over here in Scotland for many years and find them superb.They are made in Finland by winter tyre specialists.
I currently use the Wrg2 Sport utuility,s and are excellent in Snow Slush and ice.
They work best below 8 Degrees but would remove them once the temprature goes up above this level due to excess wear in warmer conditions.

The Nokian WRG2s I had on my civic wore really badly, and I only got about 50k kms out of tires rated for 100k kms. All highway driving.
The dealer (Kal Tire) told me that they aren't designed for that much highway driving. A tire that's not designed for driving. Hmmmmm...
Performance-wise, they were pretty decent, but overall value was lacking.

No Thats right.The Nokian Wrg2,s will wear quicker in tempratures above 7 degrees.They are primarily designed for cold weather use and are excellent.I have only seen a handfull of bad reviews on these tyres and for excessive wear in warmer conditions.

Well here in Canada they are sold as an 'all-season/winter's tire, and we're supposed to be suitable for our climate all year. Not sure why they would do that based on what you've said.
