by not on the rug
I ran 285-70-17 at stock height for about a month before I put my lift on. you have to do the melt mod though or you will rub

Best one i found !!!!
But he does have a leveling kit, airbags, and did mention some rub on the splash guards in front.

I think with the size you mentioned, you will be fine, no rubbing only under extreme circumstances, i.e. full locked turn, and flexed, and even then it be a long shot.

I read all the wheel and tire threads here and decided on BF Goodrich All Terrain 265/65/18's.
(I have had BFG's on my last 3 4x4's and they suit all my needs).
The original tires, when I purchased the Pathy were Conti Sports 255/60/18's.

At this time; I have standard height suspension and OEM mudflaps all round. The BFG's fit fine, look and work well and there is no rubbing or clearance issues anywhere. I feel if I went any wider then there would be issues with the front mudflaps which the outer edge of the front tire does come a bit close to on about 3/4 steering lock, but it does stay clear on all the suspension travel.

Checking against GPS the vehicle speedo originally read 3-4 mph under with the Continentals. Now on the brand new BFG's the speedo reads exactly what the GPS states, up to three figures.
