If your transmission/radiator has failed, what model?

Looking here for model information for people suffering this specific radiator/transmission failure. Pathfinder/Frontier/XTerra is almost assumed, but are Titan/Armada/QX56 people also having trouble?

The Titans are having problems with the radiators, but no so much the coolers. For the Titans, their problem seems to be the bottom tank splitting.
