class action lawsuit

So... I submitted all my paperwork for the claim a few months back and yesterday in the mail I got a check for $2,624.53!! :)

It was way more than expected.

If you were a part of this lawsuit, check your mailboxes!!

Ok sounds good mine was around middle of July so I prbly have a little longer still.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but according to the lawsuit website...

"If you wish to receive a reimbursement from the Nissan class action settlement, you must submit a Claim Form and any supporting documents no later than June 7, 2013." :shock:

Hm I do remember that date, its been so long I cant remember why but I am pretty sure i was still able to submit my claim. We shall see

After over a year and submitting my claim a few days past the due date. I got a check for over $2500 extremely pumped.

The claims are for radiators (and transmissions where those transmissions were damaged because of the radiator) that were repaired and paid for by customers before the warranty extension to 10 years/100,000 miles was put into action. Nissan is reimbursing those people if those repairs were made within the time/mileage coverage.

Depending on your mileage and date of your vehicle's initial sale, you may be covered under the extended warranty for full coverage or limited expense coverage. For details, use this link:
