My 2008 will pass 100 k this week ,sad yet excited running perfect new brakes and rotors, fixed dirty MAF issue , good for another 200K !

It was out in the lot at work and a guy had a new Jeep Cherokee, but I guess they were admiring how nice my 6 year old truck looked, needling me about washing etc, amazing what a coat of wax does!

I need to get mine cleaned up. If winter will ever end. Just clicked over 110k miles on my '08. I did the preemptive radiator swap around 90k and just changed front brakes for second time, rear brakes for first time, and spark plugs. Hopefully good to go for awhile because I haven't found anything I really like better.

I'm only at about 78k. Not that I like it better, but my eyes are fixed on the 4Runner. Word on the street is that the Xterra is most likely leaving for good (or not), and that the 4Runner is going to be redone for the 2016 model year. I can't see Toyota screwing up the 4Runner as bad as Nissan did with the Pathfinder redesign, but who knows.

I doubt they'll screw it up since they already have the Highlander. Assuming they don't just end production. It's hardly a great seller...50,000 units a year. But the '14 is ugly as sin. Looks like it was in an accident.

It's a shame but the new Pathfinder is outselling our gen 3:1.
