Towing 5860#

I am planning on picking up a camper that weighs 5860 dry with a 630 tongue weight. Am I flirting with danger here? I am coming from Tennessee boarder up to Ohio so mountains are in the mix. It will be about 300 mile home with it. I have a newer radiator "40K" on the newer style. I did not bypass it. I am not running airbags yet... Any thoughts?
For what it's worth I have towed several large trailers just none with the pathfinder.

You posted in the R52 section. If you have an R52, I would not touch this with a 10 foot pole.
If you have an R51, the tongue weight is actually too high, should be less than 600. You need the airbags for sure, as well as a WDH.

That is what I thought as well. Being 30 pounds on the tongue weight and no bags could make things hairy on a 300 mile trip home. So I should probably not run it. Now with bags would I be ok?

Bags and a weight distributing hitch and I would do it. No wdh, I wouldnt.

Ok, you have an R51. A moderator has already moved your post to the correct section.

I moved a camper at 6,000+ pounds a short distance 40+ miles although some real steep hills and my 2012 R51 did fine. On that note air bags are a must as well as a WD hitch. Keep it out of overdrive and drop down on the gears on the hills and take it easy you should be fine.
