Hello everyone

Ok so here’s something weird. My front vents were on today and white pieces
Started shooting out. It looked like styrofoam but it’s harder and brittle.

Would anyone have an idea what this could be ?

I have pics but for some reason it won’t let me post them.

check your cabin filters
they are white, mice may be chewing them up

All is good with cabin filter. It’s actully look like a long rectangle piece of Dentyne ice Gum

Is the material plastic? Could it be pieces of the fan blade?

At first it felt like dried soap . Once I let it sit out for while it for hard.

i think this has to do with the foam they use on the vent joints and seals, it seems to deteriorate and gets blown out, i cleaned out my vents by opening and closing each side repeatedly and it would blow that stuff out. new filters and all but it just seems like weak foam
