The Nissan Path

Looking at possibly buying an 06 with electrical issues. Wipers, door locks windows, lights don't work most of the time. Sometimes they work on their own? Any idea what could cause this?

All are controlled by the Body Control Module, so I would look for stored "B" codes, first.
