I was detailing my 2009 PF and obviously pressed the driver door lock button where the power window switches are and now can’t get into my vehicle. Can i take my paper work proof of ownership to Nissan dealer and get a dumb key cut so that I can at least use it open the driver side door to gain access ?

Yes. Just bring your registration, they'll need the VIN. They can pull up a key-cut code from that and make you a key.

If your registration is in your glovebox you can also copy the VIN off your driver side windshield.
There is a plate thats visible from outside.
Or log on to insurance website and bring that with u in case they want to see some kind of ownership proof ( they may not)

Thanks. Used GEICO in the end. First time in my life I’d ever locked myself out of a vehicle. Best go get another key made.

In the big scheme of hings they are not really all that expensive.
Especially if you get them made at a locksmith who copies your regular key over.
I have 3 keys and 2 remotes for my R51
