While Running vehicle suddenly front wheels jerks

I have Nissan Pathfinder 2006 SE (American Specification) . i am facing an issue while running continuously one or more then one hour my car suddenly jerk from front wheels i have no idea that this is missing, Front wheels mechanism including break or gear box. and while continuously running the frequency of jerking increases. if you have any clue about this issue please give us a clear picture of that . thank you.
