Corrosion anode installations on the PF

Years ago we used to be able to buy zinc, magnesium or aluminum passive anodes to install on truck frames, body parts and engines to reduce corrosion. Just wondering if any have looked at where to hook in anode protection for the PF. I think these are still sold for marine use which when driving on salted roads as we do in some parts of the country we are putting the truck in a marine/wet salt air corrosion type environment.
