The Nissan Path

I bought at 2015 Pathfinder SV last weekend and I already had to take it back to the dealership because at times I would put my foot down on the accelerator and nothing would happen. This happened 4 times within 5 days, very sporadically.
Anyone else have this issue?
The dealership said they couldn't replicate my problem and the computer wasn't throwing any codes.
