What needs done at 120,000 miles on a 2015?

I am going to replace the spark plugs and the serpentine belt. I already service the transmission at every 30,000 miles.

Should I replace the timing belt (and water pump too if I do that)?

It’s never had a front brake job. Dealer always says they’re ok.

Anything else?

NissanHelp.com has a Nissan maintenance page that may be helpful for you:

As far as the timing belt, you don't have one. Nissan VQ engines have three timing chains that "should" last the life of the engine. As far as the automatic transmission (CVT) service, 30,000 miles is a bit overkill; you can double that mileage and still be fine. I would also recommend replacing the serpentine tensioner with the new belt. Engine coolant should have been replaced at 105,000 miles; your Pathfinder takes Nissan Blue coolant, which is the same as Pentosin Pentafrost A3 anti-freeze, which is available at Autozone and many other auto parts stores, as well as online and from Rockauto. It's pre-mixed, so no need to add water. Expect to need 2-gallons for a drain and fill.

Thank you for responding with all of the good information. You mentioned several things I hadn’t thought of.

Thanks
