In your opinion(s), what brand and model do you feel is the best?

Ive been thinking sylvania silverstars but been hearing they burn out within the year.

Also been thinking of PIAA extreme white but at a $80+its has made me reconsider.

No plans of considering HIDs as I dont wanna spend a lot of money.

I have the Silverstar Ultras for more than a year now and so far no problems. So I guess it really depends on how often you use the headlights.
