2014 Blind Spot Monitor

Hey folks,
doing some research for my father and he's not the most computer literate guy, but hes getting better...
He owns a 2014 Pathfinder platinum. With all the bells and whistles.
The one bell and whistle that he'd like would be the blind spot monitors.
I believe that the qx60 had this option in 2014, but not the pathfinder.
Any ideas if the system from the infinity can be added to the pathfinder? Figure that maybe that the basic wiring might be in place... Or is he relegated to an aftermarket system.
