2015 running light bulb change (Feel like a dolt for asking)

Apologies up front if this has been covered - I did a search and didn't find it.
I need to replace the running bulb in the front headlight. The one that sticks almost straight up from the bottom - real PIA to get to.
I feel like an idiot asking about this but I don't want to break anything as it feels kinda flimsy to start.
Can anyone tell me if the assembly twists out like the head light bulb or does the harness pull out somehow?
