The Nissan Path

I can not get the 2nd key fob to work the seat position function. The first one synced up fine,but the 2nd one does not. Any thoughts why or how to get #2 fob to operate the 2 position. Followed all owners manual and you tube video's. thanks for any help.

Different dealer told me to totally re- adjust the seat, then put it back to my liking then press the set button and try pressing the unlock on the fob and that worked. must have been frozen some how.
