The Nissan Path

I hope one of the articles is wrong that says it will still be D platform.
Even though I must admit the current Gen Pathy, the R52 looks great..
The only knock on it is I would like it to be tougher for offroad duty..

Given that the market is still buying 4Runners which an updated R51 would have competed with greatly.. I would prefer it not be a unibody.

On the other hand in all fairness it IS possible to make a tough offroad unibody as the r50 Pathy showed

Wow! I'll bet if they replaced the R52 with the Terra in North America, their sales would skyrocket!

Yes that Terra is one hot machine.
The engines are smaller than US.. but I would think thats an easy fix gfor a company like Nissan with a huge parts bin of modern engines of all sizes.
