2017 Pathfinder heater problem

Hello!
I have a bizarre heater problem with my 2017 Pathfinder.
It worked fine for a few years, then last winter just got really weak.
After about 30 minutes in the car (in outside temperatures below freezing) the car would just start to get warm. The air coming out (upper, middle, and/or lower) was just lukewarm. It never gets warm enough to take off my hat or gloves.
My normal mechanic looked at it and changed the thermostat but that did not fix the problem.
They sent it to the closest Nissan dealer (about 45 minutes away) and they could not solve the problem.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Thoughts? Suggestions?
Thank you for any help.
Eric

Just for giggles, make sure the heating control for the middle seat is turned on. Some have posted that the heat flows better. Have you had the antifreeze checked and that it is flowing through the system properly?
