Hi all!!

Alright, first off I've got an 89' XE 4x4, with those god awful auto-locking hubs. Anyways, when I bought the truck, I noticed that the passenger side CV boot that goes to the wheel was gone. Upon a closer look I discovered what appears to be the CV completely broken. Is it even called that? So my question is, what is this bearing called so I can get my hands on a new one.

That's the outer CV joint. Your best bet is to get a remanufactured axle assy., sometimes also referred to as a "half shaft."
