Hey guys. So, I think I want to join the pathfinder club (again, had a ’96), and am looking at a ’91 in pretty darn good shape.

The PO dropped a motor from a 92 in with 88000km (roughly 55k miles), but didn’t change the belt when he did that. Now that belt has 110 000km which is over the 60k mile mark for the belt.

He claims to know tons about pathfinders and that the belt in there (a 60k belt) can go for 100k miles, but I am thinking that's 23 year old rubber AND is overdue in mileage.

Would you take the risk and let it go until 150 000 km? (100k miles)?

The 105,000 mile belt didn't come out til a few years later, so unless somebody upgraded it to the large cog type sprockets and 105K belt, it should have the 60K belt on it. I don't like to push timing belts more than 6 years, personally. I would recommend you change it.
