Rugged Rocks Wheel spacers dont fit

I bought the 1.5" Spacers from rugged rocks and the nuts to not completely go through the thread it only tightens up about half of the nut, i called rugged rocks and they want a pic, has anyone else had similar problems? He said he sells plenty and nobody has ever called about it.
PS cant really find anyone with longer studs to bang in either
