Problem with Thorley headers

I have a 1994 pathfinder that I bought 5 years ago that already had the headers and I added a 3" body and 3" suspension lift. With 260,000 miles decided to do the 3.3 swap after thanksgiving, went very well and like the power but noticed that the headers have cracked in the metal on the number 3 and 6 short tube and wondering if this is a common problem. Took them to try to fix them but didn't work, they cracked above the welds after being installed. Thought Thorley was a good brand so am now looking for something else.
