The Nissan Path

I found a 95 for sale with 90k miles on it. It looks new inside and out. Underneath the frame from the rear wheels back is gone to rust. The dealer actually tried to convince me it was "no big deal"

I have an old 91 with a good frame. Thought I might have the back half of the frames swapped out. Any thoughts?

Sounds like a lot of work and a lot of expense. I would rather pay more for a vehicle with a solid frame, even if it had more mileage.
