1995 Pathfinder does't Start in Cold Weather

I have a strange problem with my 95 pathfinder. If the temp outside gets lets say below 30 degrees my pathfinder won't start. Had someone tell that it was the ignition relay. I replaced it and it was fixed. Well we just had a lot of bad weather here and of course it wouldn't start again. The battery isn't that old maybe a year. The starter sounds fine when it turns over but when its cold like this the ignition switch won't turn the starter over. If the temp gets above 30 or so then no problem. Anyone ever have this problem?
