Your options are trying to find good weatherstripping at a salvage yard (good luck!), trying to find some universal weatherstripping that will work, or, you could try and contact a company like Steele Products to make a new weatherstrip for you. I would think for the last option, you would need a good sample section and length and it will probably not be cheap!
