Help identifying a part

Hi, I'm new here.....
There is a broken piece on my '94 Pathfinder that is really screwing up my steering (shakes horribly on the highway and what not)
However, I can't fix it because I have no idea what this part is called and local auto shops don't know either.
This picture is taken behind the drivers side front wheel... It is either a suspension or steering piece.
